Jazz Fusion
Jazz dance is a performance [dance] and style that in the United States arose in the mid 20th century. Like Jazz music, Jazz dance is a uniquely American art form with influences from around the globe. Jazz dance may allude to vernacular jazz or to Broadway or dramatic jazz. The two types expand on African-American vernacular styles of dance that arose with jazz music. It’s fusion, it’s inventive, it’s exuberant.

Hip-Hop dance style originated in the late 1960’s among the African-American community of New-York, America. This style was closely linked with the music and social commentary during the time it originated. Early Hip-Hop dancing was fragmented into various styles called “Breaking”, “B-Boying”, “Popping”, etc which then rose in popularity, and spread all over the world and have since been grouped into one genre as we now know it – Hip-Hop.
